Abicare is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to manage our new branch covering the Bristol and Gloucestershire area.You will manage the visiting care service based out of our Bristol office and report directly to our Care Operations Manager, where you will ensure compliance of the service, whilst maintaining high standards of person-centred care to our clients and wellbeing support to the care team.You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the visiting service.Main ResponsibilityAs the Registered Manager, you will:Have a passion for making a difference within the care sector and promoting person-centred care.Manage financial plans/budgets in collaboration with the Care Operations ManagerHave the energy and drive to support, develop and motivate your teams to provide a high-quality standard of care to all clientsBuild a profitable business and secure strong relationships with Social Services, CCGs and local community groupsManage a small team of supervisors, roster and office coordinatorsWork with the trainers and recruitment team to ensure all new and existing staff are compliant and trained to CQC standardsEffectively manage and investigate complaints, accidents, incidents and safeguardingStay up to date with the Health & Social Care Act, Mental Capacity, Safeguarding & CQC regulationsDevelop your care team to ensure they have the correct skills and knowledge, whilst looking after their safety and wellbeing.
