Home Manager to come and join our team, working with us to develop a strong quality focused care team delivering high-quality person cantered care to older people who choose to reside with us.
Our Home Manager will be autonomous in responsibility for the overall management of their Community, will be fully involved in the commissioning process and in the recruitment of their care team. The successful candidate will require skills and experience in sales, leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment and regulatory CQC compliance.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
As the head of the Home, strong leadership and coaching skills are paramount. Communication skills are vital to be able to demonstrate empathy, engage team members, and work with families and residents alike.
