Having built an impressive portfolio across many sectors/typologies this practice continues to delivery some of the best architecture across New Zealand.RoleWith ongoing project demand and growth comes the opportunity for the Queenstown studio to hire an experienced Registered Architect looking to take on more responsibility and elevate their career. This role will be based in Queenstown.Your responsibilities will include:Lead projects in collaboration with the studio DirectorFoster a collaborative and creative studio environment working in partnership with the national offices across New ZealandOversee projects across the complete design process, ensuring design excellence, creative thinking, detailed working drawings, documentation, and delivery of projectsDrive existing client relationships, along with establishing and maintain existing relationships with current consultants and stakeholdersRequirementsNew Zealand Registered Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful project outcomesExperience in design development working closely with a Senior Architect to develop creative and functional architectural designsAbility to produce full sets of working drawings and documentation using Revit in collaboration with a wider teamPast experience in site visits and overseeing project delivery to ensure a high level of construction quality and compliancePast master planning experienced desired but not essentialBenefitsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing studio in a senior capacity as the studio continues to grow and develop their presence within the Queenstown and greater Otago region.
