Are you looking to join Renault Group to develop and drive our network trade parts performance within the Northern region? This role delivers against the total Trade sales-out and sales-in budget for the region including Mechanical, Body-Segment Parts and our own-brand Motrio. It’s also responsible for the deployment of trade marketing programmes, platforms, incentives and initiatives to grow the commercial performance of OEM, Motrio and FPS parts channels.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to work with the Renault Group UK dealer network of trade and elite sites to drive business growth in parts turnover. Part of the role is to drive adoption of RGUK programmes, incentives and marketing and to work with existing and new dealer groups to close trade open points in the region. The job holder ensures trade businesses compliance with audit standards and service levels and will grow the Motrio network of IMTs by volume and turnover vs target. A core responsibility is to align with our Aftersales area teams for dealer group reviews to set, and follow up on, trade actions as well as deliver insight, presentations and visit reporting. You will hold regional trade events to deploy key initiatives in OEM trade and Motrio and will support the corporate trade manager on trade sales through trade sites.
Success will be measured via Trade sales-out turnover, Motrio turnover, total Parts vs budget, and MSC volume.
Who are you?
The successful candidate is likely to have OEM Area Aftersales Manager, Area Trade Parts Manager, or Group Aftersales/Parts Manager experience within a dealer network. A wholesales trade background is desirable along with an understanding of Franchised Network and Automotive Aftermarket business. You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills. You have a high level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
