Job Title: Regional Support Manager - Ayrshire
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? Our reputable client, in partnership with Gilbert Meher, is seeking a dedicated Regional Support Manager for their Ayrshire region.

Salary:
Up to �65,000 per annum

Bonus:
Discretionary Bonus (Up to 20% of salary, paid annually)

About the Role:

As the Regional Support Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to ensure residents receive outstanding care within 11-care homes, totaling approximately 500 beds. Your mission will be to optimize resources, uphold financial stability, and drive excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage resources at the home level to achieve optimal results.
  • Implement effective financial management strategies, including budget oversight, payroll, and revenue enhancement.
  • Champion person-centered planning and individualized support across all homes.
  • Support underperforming homes by developing and executing action plans to meet quality and compliance targets.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to retain and attract high-quality staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all homes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
  • Preferably qualified as a Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality care and meeting regulatory standards.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of care home regulation and legislation.
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR processes is advantageous.
  • Proven history of achieving positive financial outcomes in previous roles.
