Salary: Up to �65,000 per annum
Bonus: Discretionary Bonus (Up to 20% of salary, paid annually)

About the Role:As the Regional Support Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to ensure residents receive outstanding care within 11-care homes, totaling approximately 500 beds. Your mission will be to optimize resources, uphold financial stability, and drive excellence in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage resources at the home level to achieve optimal results.
- Implement effective financial management strategies, including budget oversight, payroll, and revenue enhancement.
- Champion person-centered planning and individualized support across all homes.
- Support underperforming homes by developing and executing action plans to meet quality and compliance targets.
- Lead recruitment efforts to retain and attract high-quality staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all homes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders.
Skills/Experience Required:- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Care Home Manager.
- Preferably qualified as a Nurse (RGN/RMN).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality care and meeting regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Thorough understanding of care home regulation and legislation.
- Familiarity with employment law and HR processes is advantageous.
- Proven history of achieving positive financial outcomes in previous roles.
