Are you an experienced Regional Loss Prevention / Security Manager, who is an excellent investigator, influencer and builder of relationships? If so, our client, a successful retailer is seeking your services for its' growing team to advise and support branches in Scotland & Northern Ireland
This is a field based role and you will be accountable for: Ensuring a safe and secure working environment, preventing or minimising loss or injury to the business and its employees; Ensuring best practice in investigative techniques, conducting thorough and impartial investigations of reported incidents and allegations, compilation of case files, writing of statements and subsequent prosecution of offenders; Providing advice, presenting and delivering training to management and teams on personal and physical security issues; Liaison with security suppliers and the Police; Ensuring processes are in place for identification and reporting of crime at the earliest opportunity; Identifying and reporting any emerging risks to personnel or assets and ensuring adequate controls are in place; Assisting other regions and working outside normal working hours, when required.
You will be a highly motivated, skilled Investigator and Interviewer, with resilience, integrity and excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced multi-site Loss Prevention / Security role in the Retail or Distribution sectors.
