We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Support Manager to drive the delivery of sales to ensure profit goals are achieved for foreign exchange and travel money related products across the Post Office.
Role Profile
The performance management of foreign exchange and related travel products through POL and Retail Partners
The delivery of sales, KPI and Customer Experience goals set for your area.
Analysis of complex management information and present to both internal and external stakeholders simply to support both engagement and capability build.
Promotion of best practice across Sales, and Training
Use of all incentive and marketing activities to achieve business goals.
Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to agree and implement a development plan
Build professional working relationships with all key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Align with key objectives related to Post Office Travel Money and build a strong network of individuals across the network.
Maintain travel products share of voice throughout the year and during periods of organisational change.
Use tools available to ensure all of your branches are fully conversant with the product range and minimum business standards to confidently deal with customers meeting all compliance requirements.
Promote, record and monitor compliance related to Marketing, Point of Sale, Local and National Campaigns and Pricing
Proactively and reactively manage all sales and service-related issues across the network, communicating with peers and escalating as appropriate.
Deliver training and coach on all First-Rate travel related initiatives to support the company goals.
Support the delivery and execution of all local and national marketing, incentives and training programmes.
Act as a business development consultant with stakeholders to enable them to increase their travel product income across their entire estate.
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets – preferably in the financial or travel and tourism sector.
Strong understanding of what good retail Sales and Marketing looks like.
Advanced interpersonal skills, with a proven successful track record within a retail environment in:
Account management
Business development
Customer journey
Multi-site management
Working remotely and virtually through digital channels
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Strong influencing skills and the ability to deliver through others
Educated to a minimum of A-Level or equivalent.
A valid full driving license is required
