We have a fantastic opportunity to manage a geographical area of new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships within our Industrial & Commercial Divisions.
You will be reporting into our Regional Manager, and be working with our Bedford, Luton & Peterborough branches to win new business within our sector.
Working hours; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

The Key Responsibilities;
Maintain healthy pool of prospect clients across assigned geographical locations
Identify competitor information using all resources available
Contact prospect clients to promote Quest's services
Attend meetings with prospective clients to secure new business
Ensure relevant paperwork is complete prior to conversion of new clients
Build strong relationships with clients & colleagues alike
Ensure consistent achievement of agreed monthly targets
Attend/participate in internal business meetings
Maintain internal system with up to date information

You will be required to have the following:
At least 2 years working within Recruitment
Proven track record in sales
Success in high volume new business conversions
*Driving licence essential*
