Regional Sales Manager - Pumping Equipment
Our client are an industry-leading pump manufacturer specialising in precision-engineered pumps for hygienic applications e.g. FMCG and pharma manufacturing.
They are urgently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the North West region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales and orders growth for the region in line with business revenue growth objectives
- Develop channel sales strategies, key account plans, and relationships to deliver on assigned growth tactics for the region
- Establish and adhere to an annual growth plan aligned with business growth strategies
- Engage existing channel partners, providing applications knowledge, pricing, and support
- Develop account plans for each channel partner with annual goals and objectives
- Identify gaps in regional coverage and prioritise and engage new channel partners to fill gaps
- Lead the onboarding of new channel partners, ensuring a smooth and immediate transition
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of outside sales experience or distributor management
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels
- Experience in a mechanical/electrical manufacturing environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation, relationship management, and negotiating skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP software is desirable
- Must be willing to travel and stay away on occasion
Package
- Salary: �40,000-�50,000 (competitive dependant on experience)
