Regional Sales Manager - North

�60,000 - �70,000 + Bonus Scheme (OTE �100k) + Company car or Allowance + 33 days holiday + Pension + Ongoing Training + Progression

Field based role North

Are you a Regional Sales Manager from a HVAC background or similar looking to join a rapidly growing HVAC engineering company with a clear route of progression to Board Level with an opportunity to shape and drive the Sales Division and improve your earning potential and who is passionate about driving sales within the business?

The company have been established since 2014 with ambitious, yet achievable, plans for growth across the country over the next 3-5 years and have an enviable client base within London and the South East, which includes maintenance of the iconic buildings within the City including the Gherkin and Cheesegrater

You will be a Sales professional with proven managerial experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver a class leading customer experience through KPI analysis, training and come with prior experience within HVAC industry.

The role:

• Working closely with the Sales Director, Southwest Regional Manager and Service team to ensure best delivery of contracts.
• Propose Region Wide Sales Plan and Targets in line with Business Objectives
• Set out clear action plans including resource planning and monitor progress against milestones.
• Delivering the growth sales plan
• Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

The Person:

• Are you a Sales Manager With an interest in HVAC or similar
• Looking for a 50/50 split within business
• Passionate about sales with excellent problem solving skills
• Looking for an opportunity to grow a team and progress to Board level
