At Stryker, we look for sales leaders that can motivate, guide, and oversee the success of your region, whilst fostering a strong partnership with our customers and making healthcare better through the use of our industry leading Spine products and services.You will be responsible for the overall management of your region, developing and leading your team, and taking ownership for sales and budgets within your territory. Opportunities for maximising customer service along with acquiring new customers will be a pivotal part of your role, so a proven history of delivering exceptional results over an extended period is key.
