Benefits
Basic salary range:
£45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
Bonus potential:
£10,000 for achieving target - this is uncapped.

The region:
Southern field sales position operating on the M4 corridor from London to Bristol. (Northern tip of the patch Oxford down to the south coast.)

I am working in partnership with a true 'Head to Toe' manufacturer of PPE products who have 18 factories across the globe and distribute to over 100 countries. From 2016 they have achieved 14% growth yearly.
85% of products manufactured in house entailing they can stand-by the quality and innovation of their products and importantly put the rights steps in place regarding their corporate, social responsibilities.
To further enhance their UK business they seek a PPE sales specialist who can operate as a technical authority to support distribution partners across the southern region.
The Role
This is a hands-on role gaining deep knowledge and understanding of the company’s existing channel activities within the PPE, Safety, and Industrial channel.
You shall have a range of accounts to support at regional level from National distributors through to National buying groups and with their agreement motivate, train, and actively support the distribution sales force.
The position shall also require you to seek new distribution partners both independents and multi-site.
Time shall also be spent with end-user organisations where you shall educate and recommend best health and safety practices and product solutions to key decision makers and stakeholders.
The Person
You should be able to demonstrate a stable career that is still on an upward trajectory and have a minimum three-years field sales experience.
Ideally you will have previous experience selling through distribution, but we can also consider individuals who currently work for a distributor of industrial products, PPE or perhaps workwear who may be looking to make the transition.
You will be a very persuasive individual who has excellent people skills and possesses a consultative / purposeful selling style.
In short, we are looking for individuals who have a passion for product and who genuinely want to provide solutions to protect people in their day job.
