Our client is offering a basic salary range £42500 - £50000 (DOE) plus quarterly bonus scheme.

The Position
Reporting into the UK & Ireland Sales Manager, this hire shall be the second addition to the team as they look to further build their presence within the UK PPE and safety market.
The Midlands region is a strategic focus for them with sectors such as manufacturing and engineering aligning well with their hand protection solutions.
You shall seek to align the manufacturer with both National and Independent safety and industrial distribution partners who supply into the target end user sectors including; Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging etc.
Growing the business shall require a medium to long-term strategy and thus the recruitment of a salesperson who has an analytical approach to sales and who will regularly feedback market information to help improve the competitiveness of the brand / offer is crucial for the future success.
A large part of this position shall also require you to attend trade exhibitions and events across the UK.
The person
The role would suit an individual who has strong Business Development credentials who is strategic in approach and who would enjoy the challenge of introducing a new brand to the UK market.
Experience winning business within vertical sectors such as Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, Packaging would be helpful.
Relatable hand protection experience working for a manufacturer would be ideal.
We can also consider senior sales individuals who may have experience for a distributor of PPE or other industrial consumables who may be looking to transition across to become more of a specialist. Example backgrounds Arco, Rubix, Cromwell, MSC Industrial etc.
