The Company

An extremely strong and profitable Modular Building manufacturer with locations around the UK is looking to recruit two Regional Sales Managers - 1 X North of England and 1 X South East of England. You will be joining a business with a fantastic culture and a boss who is extremely supportive and is motivated by your personal success and enjoyment in doing the job.

The role

You will be hiring Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings for protractive periods of time - typically 1 to 5 years but with a minimum hire period of 26 weeks. There are no building site based applications with your core sectors being Education, Ports & Airports, Power Generation (Nuclear, Electric and Gas), Water, Waste and Manufacturing Facilities.

The solution is a turnkey one where you will act as the Principal Contractor where installation can take many weeks on site. Potential quick wins will include the provision of replacement schools particularly where there are RAAC issues within schools built between the 50s and 90s.

About you

You will have hired or sold Building Regulation Compliant Modular Buildings - please note that this isn't a job for successful sales people who have hired site based accommodation. You will easily be able to cover either the North of England or the South East of England dependent on where you live.

Your sales skills will be consultative and you will be confident and skilled at dealing within DfE and Healthcare Frameworks as well as dealing with the main UK Utility companies.
