Location: Remote



Reports to: Head of Sales



Job Purpose: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the growth and development of selected areas across the UK. The position will be based in the UK with travel required to our clients Head Office on a quarterly basis. The role will be fully supported by a strong management and sales team with full sales and product training provided.




  • Developing dealer account, identifying opportunities to further enhance account performance

  • Maintaining a commercial awareness of the marketplace within assigned region, keeping on top of market changes, competitor performance and identifying opportunities

  • Processing orders for dealer account, ensuring they are entered onto the system correctly to allow for smooth order process

  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are stocked according to market demand

  • Training of dealer sales team to make sure they are up to date and equipped with excellent product knowledge of current range

  • Introducing new product ranges to customer stock portfolio

  • Offering sales support to guarantee a good customer experience

  • Ensuring deliveries are received, assembled and PDI checks carried out efficiently

  • Stocking and merchandising of spare parts in all depots

  • Proactively securing contracts and tenders with local business and government bodies

  • Attending trade shows to further promote our products, ensure they are well merchandised and displayed to company standards

  • Analysing and Reporting on account performance back to management team

These relationships will enable you to do your job well supporting the department that you will work in and the departments that your work impacts on.

Essential:




  • Essential to have previous experience in a similar role and desirable within a similar industry

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to adapt and prioritise in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and good at maintaining accurate records

  • Ability to learn and pick things up quickly
