Regional retail supervisor (part time)

Stellar Global is recruiting a part time Regional retail supervisor to work with our 3rd party retail teams across the UK and Ireland. Stellar Global is a progressive, inclusive retail experience agency that believes in the power of people. In this role the Regional retail supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Sage Appliances, Therabody and Electrolux accounts and Product Expert teams for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This role is mainly a field role in the UK and Ireland, so the ability to travel and stay away from home will be essential.Overall purpose of the role: Support Sage Appliances, Therabody and Electrolux account team on weekends, helping deliver these campaigns to a high standard.Key Accountabilities:Manage staff compliance to aid successful delivery of physical campaigns (aiming for 100% compliance)Support with the training of staff across UK & Ireland, visiting staff on a regular basis (minimum 2 weekends per month travelling to stores with occasional overnight stays)Deliver outstanding client serviceBe familiar with up to date account reporting processes (admin)Embrace the Stellar values.Essential SkillsA proven track record of excellent performance and attendanceMust have excellent communication skills both written and verbalGood IT skills on Microsoft officeA motivated, can-do mindsetThe confidence to take on a challenge and own itA natural curiosity and the drive to identify new ways to get resultsA collaborator who works smart with others to solve problemsFrequent travel with overnight staysDesirable SkillsFull UK driving licenceAccess to own car with insurance for business useExperience in leading teams either in a similar role on the field or in a retail environmentRole detailsPart-time: 22.5 hours per weekWork pattern: Friday - Sunday, 9am-5.30pm (with occasional work required during the week)London based role with travel to stores across UK and Ireland expected£18,000 - £18,000 a year
