Job Title: Regional Recruitment Business PartnerLocation: Telford / Newcastle - Under - LymeHours: 37.5 per week Monday to FridaySalary Range: £38k to £43kAre you looking for your next recruitment role? Experience in high volume recruitment?Have you previously led successful talent attraction campaigns?Enjoy building strong relationships with your stakeholders?Experience managing a team?Absolute commercial are currently on the look out for an experienced recruitment partner to work across the central region for one of our Health and Social Care clients.We are looking for a recruitment specialist that is not afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to attraction and has a proven record when it comes to running recruitment campaigns. This role also involves over seeing a small team of Regional Recruiters.The expectation for the Regional Recruitment Business Partner is to be travelling around the region visiting Branch Managers and Regional Managers. Building strong relationships, reviewing the demand plans and recruitment strategies.
