What is on offer for this Regional Operations Manager Role?




  • Salary £60-£70K 

  • Must be willing to travel between locations

  • Covering the region between Corby, Reading, London and Ipswich



The Regional Operations Manager's Main Responsibilities:



Experienced Regional Operations Manager covering the below:



Health, Safety & Environment




  • Across the agreed regional area of responsibility



Recruitment and retention




  • Lead, support and develop the recruitment and retention of people within AoR

  • Lead an approach of development and opportunity within AoR



Sales




  • Close support of the sales team in the objective of retention, growth and new business



Customer Service




  • Ensure customer experience is of the highest order



Financial




  • Creation and achievement of operations budget



Business Systems – Operations




  • Ensure the use and understanding of business systems is a high priority



Quality Standards




  • Maintain processes inline with quality standards



Acquisition support




  • Direct support to the CEO / COO in the post-acquisition process

  • Direct and indirect support of businesses that have been acquired.



Compliance




  • Audit and support functions



Profit




  • Budget / Target achievement

  • Budget creation



Regional Operations Manager Work experience requirements:



The successful Regional Operations Manager will have must if not all of the below



Qualifications:          




  • Qualified by extensive MHE Industry or similar experience.

  • Suitable education background, possibly but not limited to Grade C or above GCSE’s,

  • professional qualifications and personal development exposure




  • Highly involved and visible at all levels

  • An abundance of drive & gravitas, with an inclusive yet strong management style.

  • Ability to understand different company (within the group) strategies and areas of focus.

  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines, across multiple projects.

  • Ability to manage competing demands.

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
