Regional Operations Manager - UK Warwick – Hybrid Role£50K - £75KPAOur client, a prominent educational organisation operating globally, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join their team. The institution, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in education, operates on a regional scale, providing top-tier educational services to students across the United Kingdom.Position Overview:As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, overseeing operations across the entire United Kingdom. With 25 campuses under your purview, this role is ideal for a proactive "doer" who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the Regional Management Team to implement strategic priorities and ensure efficient operations aligned with the institution's vision, values, and mission.Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management: Lead and oversee the Facilities support team, actively involved in day-to-day operations and optimisation across all 25 campuses in the UK. Event Coordination: Support and lead regional event coordination efforts, taking a hands-on approach to ensure successful execution across multiple locations. Uniform Management: Collaborate with campus teams to maintain uniform standards consistent with global guidelines, actively engaging in feedback collection and implementation. WHS & Risk Management: Lead the implementation and maintenance of Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Risk platforms and policies, with a focus on practical application and compliance across all campuses. Communications: Lead regional communications efforts and manage communication platforms, actively contributing to content creation and distribution across the UK campuses. Transport Operations: Oversee student transport processes hands-on, ensuring policies, safety, and compliance are upheld across all campuses. Campus Security: Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure campus safety and security standards are met across all 25 campuses, taking proactive measures to address concerns. RSO Management: Provide hands-on oversight of Regional Support Office staff and operations, actively involved in support and admin functions. Privacy Oversight: Lead the Privacy portfolio within the UK region, ensuring compliance with regulations through hands-on management. General Operations: Identify and implement process improvements hands-on to enhance operational efficiency across all 25 campuses, leveraging a proactive approach.Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours: Skills: Strong stakeholder management, proficiency in O365 tools, effective communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and hands-on operational execution. Experience: Previous hands-on experience in operational roles, preferably within an educational setting, strategic work, change management, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Knowledge: Understanding of operational efficiency drivers in an educational context and alignment with organizational values.
