The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of the Retailers sales objective on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will ensure Retailer quality measures are achieved, working cross functionally with all functions and partners. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Hyundai network representation plan is executed effectively within the region. You will work in partnership with Retailers and Hyundai HQ to ensure an excellent customer experience and create a high performing team through effective leadership and development.Key ResponsibilitiesMonthly production allocation, inventory management, minimising aging stock.Annual and quarterly Retailer marketing plans aligned to deliver sales and order objectives. Regular sales performance reviews and action planning to ensuring all major Regional sales KPIs are deliveredSales funnel management, ensuring sufficient investment / activity to deliver order take objectives.Showroom standards implemented consistently across all Retailers.Active involvement in Regional Network representation planning and execution working with Hyundai Network team.New Retailer setup and launch management.Retailer Balance Scorecard review and action planning to identify opportunities and development areas.Working with Retailers and finance partners developing finance penetration and renewals.Supporting Retailers to ensure successful launch of new models.Act as escalation point and work with Retailers and Hyundai HQ to support on all customer issues.Identify barriers to success, develop and implement countermeasures to deliver objectives.Accountabilities:Annual Retailer volume allocation, and ASO sales performance and weekly forecasting accuracyRetailer balance scorecard performanceCustomer experienceExecution of commercial sales programmesLeading of sales development managersPersonal SpecificationStrong automotive experience within sales functions.Confident and accomplished presenter with strong communication and negotiation skills.Strong team player enjoys developing individuals and contributing to team success. Be an advocate for AFV & EV products, with a mind-set to lead a change in our consumer behaviours.High levels of energy drive to achieve team and personal targets.Ability to work cross functionally to deliver results.Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to gain commitments.Disciplined, well organised, with good attention to detail.Effective sale and negotiation skills.Strong commercial acumen and profit focus.
