The group currently operate a remit of care homes in the North West and pride themselves on being a high quality care provider who value their staff and the vulnerable people they look after.The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide current Area Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.Key pointsWill be expected to be visible across all care homes within the remitCandidate must have expert CQC knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered ManagersMust act as a support system and mentor for Registered ManagersDrive KPI's and overall performanceMust have current Operational experience within the care home sectorMust be commercially savvy and understand the dynamic of being a successful Operations ManagerAs the Regional Operations Manager you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Area Managers to develop and deliver each branches business plan.RequirementsExperience working as an Multi site or Regional Operations Manager within the elderly care home sector (essential)RMA level 4 / NVQ level 5 ManagementGood relationship management skillsExposure to and compliant with CQCPassion for the care of elderly people (essential)LocationThis role is to cover care homes across North West, England. This role is commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Preston, Wigan, Crewe, Warrington, Salford etc.Interview ProcessThe interview process will be in a two stage format.Stage One - Teams (informal interview)Stage Two - F2F (formal interview)SummaryMy client is seeking an ambitious Regional Operations Manager with exposure to overseeing a successful remit of care homes, looking to make the next step in their career.
