Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Cleaning - Regional Operations Manager, based in the Southwest/ London region to join our passionate and success driven team!
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities and the quality performance of a large portfolio of retail cleaning stores.
Direct management and monitoring of all aspects of the contract and ensure full SLA compliance with the contractual specifications.
Full adherence and compliance to quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of exceptional standards of service.
Effective performance management of a team of Area Managers and cleaning colleagues across the retail cleaning estate.
Work within budgetary constraints, including P&L management.

Able to prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Highly organised and detail conscious.
Timorous response to all company and client requests.
Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.
Taking responsibility for the area and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
Prepared to be contactable over weekends and travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
