ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Regional Operations Leader (ROL) with his / her team owns everything from “Order to Remittance” on rental projects within the assigned region.People – the ROL hires, trains, and retains people who are capable of working to the high standards that are in place for this high paced business AND works with other staff to write / revise standard work procedures as needed. His / her team manages all projects in the region and supports other regions as needed. The ROL is responsible in implementing and ensuring the team follows safe work practices.Fleet – the ROL ensures processes are followed consistently and work load is prioritized day to day to ensure the maximum fleet availability of assets within the depots(s) and reliability of assets running on active projects. The ROL ensures the rental products that leave the building are world class.Customer – the ROL manages all customer facing aspects of a rental project to ensure the customer has a world class rental experience and our mission statement is fulfilled. His / her team serves as the face to the customer on all rental projects and has 24 x 7 availability.Facility – ensures the facility is managed to a high degree of organization and cleanliness as well as compliance to all OSHA and company safety requirements.Critical processes that the ROL owns include: fleet green tagging, ensuring adequate stock on rental items (cable / hose / fittings, etc), new project deployment (pick / pack / ship / commissioning notes and field commissioning), project returns, and asset management during a project. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, and responding to customer inquiries in a near real time manner.Who We Are:Aerzen Rental rents high-quality oil-free blowers and screw compressors supplied by the German manufacturer Aerzen, which was established in 1864 and produced its first blowers in 1868. Will learn and utilize other software systems in the role.
