Are you an experienced manager with a background in healthcare? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join a leading home care provider who offer personal care for users with complex needs. This role will see you on the road around Newcastle, overseeing operations and staff in the region.

As a Regional Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of around �50,000, negotiable based on your experience. On top of this, The role also comes with a full support system to help you feel confident and secure in your role.

As a Regional Manager, you'll be:

  • Overseeing operations and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care service
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining a good knowledge of CQC
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
  • Overseeing all complex care packages in the area
  • Working closely with other managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Overseeing a strong staffing team within the domiciliary setting
  • Attending meetings and contributing to strategic planning

The ideal Regional Manager will have:

  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • Background working in a Domiciliary Care Setting
  • An expertise working with users who suffer with complex needs, and require Tracheostomies, PEG Feeds, and Ventilators.
  • NVQ Level 5 qualification
  • An excellent understanding of CQC regulations
