Job Introduction
Regional Manager
Up to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Due to the close proximity of the sites, a Company Car is not offered as part of this role.
This role will oversee 1 client contract across Doncaster, Rotherham and Pontefract to provide exceptional Foodservice solutions to our clients that exceeds customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. You will be expected to ensure all sites are meeting KPIs agreed with the client, develop and lead a large team with 12 direct reports within this contract to continue to build high performing teams and build a succession plan.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure contract is compliant and run commercially
Adherence to all client and company Policies
Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI's, identify and help develop continuous improvements
Develop and maintain client relationships
Training and development of all employees
Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies
Attend and present at regular client meetings
Lead on monthly business review stakeholder meetings
Drive each site to deliver meaningful feedback using the DWMYS platform - target 10% site population monthly
About You:
2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
Previous multi-site contract catering background
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships essential
Strong Catering background essential
Proven ability to effectively build relationships and influence internally at a senior level and with site clients.
Ability to drive and retain business
Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrable success as a credible and confident influencer
The ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with cross-functional customers
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams
Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
A creative and innovative thinker
Able to quickly build credibility with key stakeholders
Clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
