Job Title: Regional Manager – FM Cleaning Multi-SiteSalary: Up to £37,000 DOE + company car, laptop, and smartphoneLocation: To cover North East, West Yorkshire & part of ScotlandOur client is a leading multi service provider in the UK Facilities Sector who continue to achieve outstanding growth.As a result, they are now looking to recruit a new position of Regional Cleaning Manager. The role will cover several multi-site locations including Leeds, Teesside & part of ScotlandIdeal candidates will live in the Teesside areaKey responsibilities will include: -Responsible for the effective management of Site Managers & the Cleaning TeamCreate and develop effective long-term relationships with clients, through regular contactTo lead, motivate and develop people identifying individual needs, setting objectives, and evaluating performance for all the teamTo ensure all HR policies, procedures and guidance are followed.To facilitate the required equipment, consumables, and chemicals ordersRegularly audit and review the client contractTo ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered toManage financial performance on materials, equipment, and labourLead the team with inspiration, enthusiasm and by exampleCandidate’s background & experience: -Proven experience in managing large multi-site cleaning teamsIs 'customer focussed’, IT Literate, and a confident user of Excel, Word, and Email.A multi-site management background, within cleaning in a Retail / Hospitality / Leisure/ fast paced environmentAble to successfully manage several prioritiesInterested candidates should forward their CV in strictest confidence to Oliver Fox @ PDA Search & Selection Limited.Find a Job
