Regional Manager - Complex Care

Novaris Search is working exclusively with a growing provider of Adult and Children’s complex care services. Our client is currently hiring a Regional Manager for their Complex Care Services in the North East.Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:• Mobilise & expand on current complex care packages, driving hours of care• Drive the service commercially into new geographical footprints• Ensure strategic oversight of contractual and regulatory obligations of both existing and new contracts• Collaborate externally with ICBs & commissionersTo be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:• 2+ years in senior Leadership• Proven ability to achieve ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ CQC ratings• Excellent personal and interpersonal skillsIf you feel you are suitable for this role, please apply below or apply directly to
