Job DescriptionOversee HR operations across various locations within the region.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.Provide guidance on career development, succession planning, and employee retention.Oversee recruitment efforts for the region, aligning them with the company's needs and promoting diversity.Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide strategic decision-making. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Regional HR Manager' should have:A degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in the blue collar industry.Proficiency in HR software for reporting and analytics.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
