Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the private education sector? Our client, a leading education provider, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Regional HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave.



About the Role:



As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will be a vital member of the team, supporting multiple campuses across the region and collaborating closely with senior leadership teams. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, policy development, strategic planning, and recruitment support.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Work closely with campus stakeholders to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively, including those involving unions.

  • Provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle across assigned sites.

  • Lead the review and update of HR policies to align with organisational objectives.

  • Offer strategic HR guidance, including project planning and implementation.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of complex HR matters and provide expert advice on employee relations, including union-related matters.

  • Support recruitment processes and assist with staff induction and probation.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of HR systems, processes, and practices.

  • Uphold and promote the values and ethos of our client in all aspects of your role.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role, with a focus on managing complex casework, including dealings with unions.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently.

  • A positive role model for professional practice, demonstrating a collaborative approach to teamwork.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding principles and a dedication to promoting student welfare.
