The business is a well established residential housing developer who operate across the Midlands and North of England. They are looking to appoint an experienced and competent safety professional to oversee their housing projects across East Yorkshire.
Our client pride themselves in the value, quality and sustainability of their homes and have developed an excellent reputation across the sector for over 100 years. They are now looking to build on this legacy and bring on board a Regional H&S Manager to ensure safety on their sites.
The role would suit an experienced H&S Advisor or Manager who is familiar with working on new build residential projects on multiple sites, and would now like to take the next step in their career and join a dynamic team of construction professionals.
Responsibilities:
Undertake continuous reviews and monitor the effectiveness of the H&S policy.
Offer a variety of health & safety/ CDM compliance services for the various sites.
Familiar with all associated documentation relating to CDM 2015 e.g Construction Phase Plans.
