Position: Regional Health and Food Safety Manager
Location: North Kent and London areas
Compensation: �45,000 - �40,000 basic salary plus �5,000 car allowance
Requirements: NEBOSH certification and Level 3 Food Safety qualification
Experience: Must have held a previous Health and Safety position within retail/wholesale/food/hospitality/manufacturing or distribution.

Join our client as a Regional Health and Food Safety Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and customers across our stores in North Kent and London. Working closely with our store teams and Health and Safety function, you will oversee protocols, conduct audits, and implement measures to minimise operational risks and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include analysing accident trends, conducting spot checks on risk assessments, and overseeing fire plans to maintain effectiveness. You'll also collaborate on policy development and ensure that all equipment, training, and risk assessments are inclusive and fit for purpose.
With regular travel to branches in Kent and London, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on safety practices on the ground, supporting initiatives from pest control to regulatory compliance.
