About the Team:Artist Services is aiming at building an all-in-one platform to better service music creators, labels and other music industry partners from distributing their music, promoting their music, building their audience across TikTok and other ByteDance platforms, analysing their career development to monetising their works via diverse business opportunities.
Job Description:- Build, manage and develop the regional operation team for improving TikTok's music ecosystem, including functions of artist partnership, community building, music programming, music promotion, and artist experience-related product operation. - Closely collaborate with Product, marketing, UG and PR functions. Facilitate all XFNs for business goals.- Be responsible for regional business growth, including no. of active artists and labels, revenue from music promotion services, and impact on music consumption and trendsetting.- Contribute to global business & product strategisation. Independently form the long-term regional business strategy and set the short-term objectives, and see to their accomplishment, together with the Product & General Operation team.- Analyse, discover, envision and verify innovative ways to enhance business performance in all potential aspects, facilitate the product iteration accordingly, and organise all necessary actions across Product, Operation, UG, Marketing, BD and other teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification (MQ):- Experience in internet businesses, and music (or entertainment) businesses is preferred.- Proven skill in managing and developing a multi-cultural team.- Strong strategy thinking: able to think the full picture of the business, and plan functional business strategy and keep evolving it. - Strong critical thinking capability.
Preferred Qualification (PQ):- Grounded, result-driven, and able to make data-informed business decisions.- Diverse experience in marketing, UG and BD experience is preferred.
