The team offers a wealth of experience across a variety of talents ensuring that the Group is well positioned to achieve its vision to be a Centre of Global Excellence for Hospitality.Role in our FamilyBusiness Purpose:As the Regional Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in:Leading the comprehensive financial planning and analysis of performance across our current KFC portfolio and future business ventures. This includes responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful commentary on monthly results.Providing the business with clear, easily digestible monthly business performance reports that identify detailed current performance versus plan, empowering decision-makers with actionable insights.Identifying opportunities to enhance top and bottom-line performance of our restaurants, and partnering with MDs, Operations Directors, and other senior stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.Maintaining close scrutiny of the key commercial drivers of EBITDA to ensure threats and opportunities are identified in a timely manner, and taking decisive actions to maintain alignment with budgetary goals.Ensuring that restaurant investment decisions are made with sufficient analysis and risk modeling to deliver investment at a minimum of 95% consented sales and flow through, safeguarding our financial interests.Building strong and trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and synergy across our network.Timely issuance of monthly finance packs with detailed performance commentary.Development of budgets with actionable insights for achieving targets.Creation of robust investment case packs with meticulous risk modeling.Continuous refinement of business case P&L models for accuracy.Monthly reforecasting of annual performance with a high degree of confidence.Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven experience.Demonstrated expertise in branded foodservice/QSR/casual dining sectors.Exceptional analytical prowess and communication skills.Ability to foster productive relationships and drive outcomes.Self-motivated with a dedication to ongoing professional development.What Happens NextDoes this role suit your skillset?
