A fantastic opportunity managing productivity across a number of key farming sites. We are seeking an operationally focused leader to ensure the most effective productivity and quality standards are delivered.
The role:

Managing the day to day farm management teams
Ensuring excellent communication across your area ensuring all teams are working consistently and sharing best practice
Ensure that safety, integrity, legality and quality is applied at all times and in all areas
Ensure bio security processes and procedures are adhered to
Staying ahead of innovation in industry to recommend strategic, long term development & improvement projects
Working with teams to mentor and train individuals to reach their career goals

About You:

Experience of leading teams in a farming/agricultural environment a team is essential
Experience gained from a previous poultry farming environment would be highly advantageous
An excellent understanding of relevant legality and welfare standards
The ability to influence, coach, mentor and develop
An understanding of budgetary processes and cost analysis
