Working as a Regional Facilities Manager you will report to the Senior Facilities Manager with a primary base at a Regional Hub within your designated region. You will be an approachable member of the team and have a proactive approach to your work. With key responsibility for maintaining FM management systems and overseeing day to day operations of our facilities across your region, you will join our growing multi-site business and have the opportunity to be involved in leading team.
Role location - Covering the North East region.

£29,484 (Per annum) Plus additional on call payments.

Role and Responsibilities of our Regional Facilities Manager:
You will be the first point of contact for the hospitals in your region on reactive and preventive maintenance to include:
Ensuring the delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard and within agreed Expansive FM response times.
Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations.
Building and maintaining relationships with Hospital Managers.
Communicating latest positions and outcomes to the hospital teams.
Working with the Facilities Admin assistant to ensure the CAFM Database and reporting systems are up to date with reactive maintenance jobs and PPM dates.
Maintaining contractor database.
Management of contractors on site and acquiring quotations for work.
Active role in supporting clinical staff in new sites, from set up period through to providing support following opening.
On call duties every 4 th or 5th week. On call covers Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 7am the following morning and 24hrs Sat and Sun.
Management of small projects e.g., office refurbs, or re-utilising under used space.
Manage and reduce operation costs through resolution and new ideas.
Work within budget and liaise regularly with finance.
Ordering and installation of all temperature and humidity sensors and gateways.
Management of PM schedules and servicing across designated region/sites, escalating concerns to the Senior Facilities Manager where required.
Management of utilities on site, ensuring these remain operational and proactive resolution is sought in instances of malfunction.
Support the H&S Manager with H&S matters in your region (IOSH Managing Safely training to be provided if required).
Assist with other ad hoc duties where required as directed by the Senior Facilities Manager.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous Facilities experience.
Member of IWFM (Desirable).
IOSH Managing Safely (Desirable).
Requirements:
Will require a standard DBS check and Full driving Licence.
Regular travel between sites is essential and overnight stays may be required to meet the needs of the business.
