With over 10000 dedicated professionals across the UK & Ireland, every day is a chance to make a real difference.Key Objectives:Lead the charge in health, safety, environment, and quality within our North West region.Act as a pivotal link between local operational management, customers, and regulatory bodies.Drive compliance with our Integrated Management System and uphold the highest standards in HSEQ.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing across the region.Mentor and inspire a dedicated team of HSEQ professionals.Main Activities:Serve as the primary point of contact for HSEQ matters, internally and externally.Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and drive performance excellence.Lead the implementation of HSEQ improvement plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Oversee and mentor the regional HSEQ team, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.Qualifications & Experience:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with relevant industry experience.Extensive knowledge of HSEQ management practices, legislation, and standards.Proven experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and driving continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within teams.IT literacy and ability to communicate complex concepts with enthusiasm.Key Relationships:HSE Director, Operations Directors, General Managers, HSE Operations.Key Customer Contacts, Co-Supplier Organizations, HSE-related bodies and networks.If you're ready to make an impact and drive commercial success in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
