We are seeking a driven Regional Employer Engagement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the early years sector and will play a crucial role in identifying and driving opportunities within new customers on a regional basis across all Realise's products.
Your role encompasses identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing relationships, and brokering deals pivotal to the organization's triumph. You'll wield significant influence in pinpointing fresh business avenues, especially within Skills Bootcamps, nurturing key alliances, and optimizing revenue streams. Crafting and executing inventive business development strategies tailored to the company's aims in the Early Years sector falls under your purview.

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
