Regional Director, Financial Planning

Are you a seasoned financial planning professional with a passion for providing tailored financial advice? Do you have experience of managing/developing a team? Our client is a growing financial planning firm with offices across the UK. They are seeking a dynamic Regional Director to enhance, develop, and grow a small team of Advisers in the Leeds region, along with giving advice to a book of HNW individuals. The firm offers independent advice and is looking for an experienced Adviser, who has a proven track record or generating and developing clients and fellow Advisers .Some of the responsibilities include:Implementing policies and strategies required to deliver the company's business objectives.Ensuring a clear understanding and the implementation of the Consumer Duty.Working with the Head of Compliance and other members of the SMT.Budgeting and forecasting.Performing appraisals with direct reports.Maintaining strong client relationships and work with Adviser team to develop opportunities and new client leads.Providing financial adviceThe successful candidate is likely to be level 6 qualified in Financial Planning, or a Chartered Financial Planner from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). It's preferable that applicants hold Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and SPS credentials. In addition, a proven track record of managing and developing a team of Financial Advisers is advantageous.
