We are working with a leading Construction Contractor, to recruit a new Regional Customer Service Manager to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position, covering London and the South East. Base location for this role is flexible, with a hybrid working arrangement on offer due to the travel required across their business region, including London, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Kent.

Our client carry out refurbishments within peoples' homes, and therefore the customer service offering is paramount to business success and brand reputation. As the Regional Customer Service Manager, you will oversee, and lead on all aspects of the businesses customer service offering.

We are looking for somebody with experience in a Strategic Customer Service role, who will use their skills and previous experience to develop a creative, sector leading customer service offering.

The primary focus of this position initially, will be to carry out a full review of current customer service practices, working with the senior leaders of the business to redesign the customer service offering, policies, and procedures. Strong influencing and leadership skills, and engagement with the wider Customer Service team will be essential to the implementation of a new and improved strategic plan.

This role is ideal for a passionate Customer Services professional, looking to make a real difference and influence positive change.
