We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team.As a Regional Communities Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing key information for the regional team, proactively ensuring compliance on service delivery through a controls framework. You will lead a team of regional Communities Assistants and a Lettings Negotiator to ensure targets are met and are customer focussed, effective, efficient, and responsive service is delivered.The personDo you have comprehensive operational knowledge of legislation and best practice relating to housing management?Do you have experience of leading, coaching and mentoring teams to achieve high levels of performance?Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role within a housing organisation? excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, and decision-making skills?Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards?
