As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Business Manager to join our team, focusing on the Scotland East region including the key cities of Edinburgh and Aberdeen.The Regional Business Manager for Scotland East will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building strong relationships, and representing Isle of Harris Distillery in the designated region. This individual will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth of our brands within the region.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:·Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring our products are prominently featured and promoted·Collaborate with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and tailor solutions that align with Isle of Harris Distillery's objectivesSales Growth:·Meet and exceed sales targets within the Scotland East region·Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding distribution channels and securing partnershipsBrand Representation:·Act as the face of Isle of Harris Distillery, embodying the brand's values and ethos in all interactions·Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and awarenessCollaboration:·Work closely with internal teams, including: storytelling, commercial marketing manager, customer services and finance, to ensure seamless communication and execution of activations·Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall company success·Undertake training to fulfil role and company requirements, including but not limited to Personal License training·Any other reasonable duties required by the IoHD Management TeamKey Competence, Skills & Knowledge ·Degree or equivalent·Premium Spirits industry Sales experience preferred ·In-depth knowledge of the Scottish spirits market and its key players·Strong negotiation and communication skills·Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets·Effective communication skills required across the organisation and third parties; digital and face to face.·Confidence in the use of Microsoft Office packages·Full UK Driving License·Flexibility to travel within the designated region as required
