Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Regional Auditor to join our Performance, Quality and Risk team and would love to hear from candidates located in either Birmingham or Manchester.This role is part of our Performance, Quality and Audit Team, which works across Copart to ensure that the business is working efficiently and effectively to deliver a quality service. They are responsible for continuous improvement activities, to ensure compliance is adhered to, performance targets are achieved and service is constantly evaluated and improved.Responsibilities include:Completion of the annual internal audit programme for all quality and compliance audits, including environmental, health and safety, transport and quality.Providing effective and thorough feedback on audit outcomes, ensuring best practice is understood and sharedTracking audit outcomes and feedback on trends, to prevent future occurrencesUnderstanding our compliance requirements and updating the scope of the audits, in line with process and legislative changesCompletion of the ISO standard audits, working with colleagues to understand the management systems in placeWhat we need from you:EssentialProven experience in a similar roleGood problem-solving skillsWritten and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearlyThe ability to be hands on and lead by example Experience of delivering training to others, either in a group or on a one to one basisMeticulous attention to detail Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of our organisation, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary Excellent presentation skillsExperienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite Must have great organisational and planning skills, to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectivesProactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work, comfortable multi-taskingMust be prepared to travel, with a full driving licence and have a flexible approach to workDesirableExperience of relevant ISO StandardsAutomotive sector experienceA good understanding of current legislation relating to health and safety and environmental managementPrevious experience of writing audit scopes and score sheetsWhat we offer you in return:Monday to Friday working23 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day per year to celebrate a special occasion to youA further paid day to volunteer for a charity of your choiceCar allowanceMedicash Cover – look after you and your family by providing a range of positive health care benefitsContributory workplace pension plan Cycle to Work schemeLife assurance coverThe ability to purchase shares in our successful global company at a discounted rateAn exclusive deals and discounts website saving you money on everyday purchases, treats for the family, eating out, and utility bills for the home.
