We are working alongside our client in the Regenerative Agriculture industry based in Southwest England to hire a Regenerative Agronomist.

Our client are an expansive Regenerative Farming Consultancy, who’s purpose is to provide Farmer’s with the correct decisions towards improving the sustainability and profitability of their farms through improving soil health and other regenerative farming practices.

Requirements\Qualifications
Strong Agronomy Skill set
FACTS and BASIS Preferred
Understanding of soil health and management
Hands on farming consulting experience.
Confidence and competence in reading and analyzing soil sampling data and transferring this into a comprehensive report.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and maintain a pipeline of work
Assess farmer, soil, and advisory requirements, quoting accordingly.
On-farm meetings
Quoting for soil sampling and advisory work
Report writing.
Occasional speaking or presentation activities.
Salary:
£45,000-£50,000,
