This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and are looking for an opportunity to progress in FM.Monday - Friday 40 hours per weekMobile across multiple London sites£49,000 + van & fuel card Responsibilities:Carry out technical repairs and PPM'sService call requests from the Help desk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessaryOrder spares to the laid-down proceduresMaintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response timesCompliance documentationCovering multiple sites in your designated areaRequirements:NVQ Level 2 and City & Guilds 2078/2079 are essentialNVQ Level 3, CO2 and CARE qualifications are preferredCurrent drivers licenceExcellent communication Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
