Recruitment & Training Manager for growing restaurant brand based in Bristol!
The Recruitment & Training Manager is the lynchpin in the People Strategy, providing a fun and effective personal development journey for all of the Team.
Starting with recruitment this role will provide a plan that takes a new starter right through their onboarding, induction, initial training and provide a clear path of progression through the business through regular appraisals at all levels. They will source, create, and deliver training at venue level and help identify talent within the team and help bring that potential to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment - sourcing new talent
Create a 360-degree onboarding process.
Manager the L&D programme across all sites for all levels, BOH and FOH.
Source and manage appropriate external training providers.
Create and deliver/manage internal training programmes using Flow/Mapal resources and in-person sessions where required.
Be the guardian of training materials, ensuring they're not only up to date but also bursting with energy and captivating.
Work closely with the operations team, head chefs and managers to constantly reinforce service standards from the frontline.
Identify talent within the teams and help nurture that potential.
Create development pathways.
