I confirm I have the right to work in the country where this job is based Windsor Forest Colleges Group are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join the team on a full-time basis.Recruitment Team LeadAs Recruitment Team Lead you will be responsible for managing the recruitment service for the college group ensuring that the service is efficient and compliant. Working closely with our People Partners and Hiring Managers you will provide advice and support to help fulfil the recruitment needs of the College group.You will be responsible for the line management of the members of recruitment team, supporting the team with all aspects of the process including placing adverts, coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers on shortlisting and job offers. You will oversee the onboarding process for all appointed candidates, providing advice and support to the Recruitment Officers where required. You will lead on the recruitment of agency staff for temporary and permanent appointments.The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a recruitment role and have up to date knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and processes. You will need experience of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
