Job Description:

Anchor is currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in the Bromley / Keston area. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities for our construction business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for various construction roles.


• Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and networks.


• Conducting initial interviews and assessments.


• Maintaining candidate databases and records.


• Assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.


• Timesheet Recording weekly.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ideally, experience in construction recruitment is advantageous but not essential.


• Ideally, a car driver, but public transport links are available.
