The role We are looking for a collaborative and energetic Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in London. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will work alongside a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in different markets. You will be supporting the team in building a diverse candidate pipeline, assessing candidates against role requirements, and assisting the team with any ad-hoc tasks. This role will play a crucial part in helping our clients’ businesses grow. Key responsibilities Working with team members to build a diverse candidate pipeline. Proactively source talent by utilising different platforms and internal CRM system. Assist the Head of Country/Team Manager in all candidate and client activities. Supporting with the initial screening of CVs and assessing them for suitability against role requirements. Maintain internal CRM database. Posting, updating, and maintaining adverts across job boards. Researching and developing an understanding of the market and keeping on top of trends in the market. Assist with ad-hoc team tasks. Required skills and experience Articulate with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient IT skills. Good administration and organisational skills.
