Job DescriptionCoventry - CV6We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the Coventry area of the West Midlands.As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various engineering and manufacturing quality roles within our company, working at both our modern facility in Coventry and at other operational locations throughout the UK.You will work closely with the operations management team to define job advert content and then start the identifying and engagement processes with potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with potential candidates within the engineering and quality management environments. Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is essential.
