We specialise in supporting clients both locally and internationally to understand the hires they need to make and find the most qualified candidates based on their unique cultural requirements and the demands of each position.We utilise the latest recruitment technology, automation, and inbound-marketing to ensure you spend more time doing the important stuff – Finding and building great long-term relationships and providing a first-class candidate experience.We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or a ‘returner to work’ to join the team and support our experienced consultants with filling technology vacancies for our client base, which include many Public Sector / NHS & Central Government, LegalTech, FinTech, Future Transport & Mobility and BioTech / BioClean firms.This is a great entry-level role in the recruitment profession. You can help shape your future in our company, which could be to move into a client-facing Consultant role, or to take on a lead role in the resourcing team itself as we build out this specialist candidate sourcing and customer engagement team.You may already be in a Resourcing role but are looking for a fresh challenge.You will be responsible for:Sourcing candidates from multiple sources using the latest technology.Managing our online advertsHeadhunting candidatesSeeking feedback from candidatesHelping to continually improve the service offered to candidates and clients.Your key skillsEssential Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word / OutlookGood client or candidate engagement.Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly.Excellent Time Management and organisation skillsA high level of communication skillsDesirable Experience of sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, or other meansExcellent communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates over the phone in and person.We would typically look for A Level Education and above / or 12 months experience as a resource specialist.An interest in Technology / ITSolid Social Media skillsRecruiting in niche sectors like ours has always required a highly customer-focused approach with particular attention paid to the needs of candidates to ensure we place them where we believe they will thrive.As an employee at identifi, you will develop a broad variety of skills and a unique expertise across all roles in our sector.
